Order Cancellation Policy

2. Cancellation Conditions

You may request to cancel an order under the following conditions:

a. Before Shipment:

  • If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it at any time for a full refund. To cancel, please contact NEWORLD’s customer service or submit a cancellation request through your account.

b. After Shipment:

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You may request a return or refund in accordance with the Refund Policy after receiving the product.

c. Pre-Order or Custom Products:

  • Cancellation of pre-orders or custom-made products is not allowed once production has started. Please check the product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Submit a Request: Contact NEWORLD’s customer service or use your account to submit a cancellation request.
  • Approval and Confirmation: NEWORLD will review your request and notify you of the cancellation status within 5-7 business days.


a. Refund Process:

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to follow the refund or return procedure instead.

4. Additional Terms

  • NEWORLD reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed for shipment.
  • NEWORLD may modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the official platforms.
