We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently with FREE SHIPPING via our trusted logistics partner, GDEX, to addresses within Malaysia.

1. Delivery Coverage

We ship to all states and territories within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.

2. Shipping Fee

FREE Shipping – no minimum spends required.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 3–7 working days

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 working days upon payment confirmation.

5. Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive a GDEX tracking number via email to monitor your parcel status.

6. Delivery Attempts

GDEX will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.

7.  Damaged / Missing Parcels

  • Please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving a damaged item.
  • For missing parcels, we will liaise with GDEX to resolve the issue.
