This promotion is only available to registered users.
2. Membership Upgrade Process
During the promotion period, registered users can purchase the VIP upgrade package in the designated section. Once the order is confirmed as received, the user will be automatically upgraded to VIP membership.

4. Voucher Issuance
a. Upon purchasing the VIP upgrade package, vouchers will be automatically credited to your account and can be viewed under “Me” page → “Vouchers.”
b. Voucher details:
– New Member Exclusive Vouchers: RM50 x 3 pcs
– Exclusive Product Vouchers: Applicable to select specified products
c. Voucher validity: Valid for 90 days from the issuance date. Expired vouchers will not be reissued or exchanged for cash.
d. Only one voucher can be used per order and cannot be combined with other vouchers.
e. If an order is refunded, the used voucher amount will be deducted, and the voucher will not be reinstated.
f. The platform reserves the right to cancel issued rewards or reclaim vouchers if any violation or abuse is detected, including membership revocation.
5. Voucher Usage Details
a. Only registered users who upgrade to VIP membership are eligible.
b. Each registered user can purchase the “VIP Upgrade Package” only once.
c. The actual payment amount per order (product price + applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees and shipping taxes) must meet the following condition:
– Minimum spend requirement: RM4,500
d. Orders must be paid in full at checkout and cannot be split into multiple payments.
e. The VIP upgrade package is non-transferable and non-resalable. Any violations will result in membership cancellation.
6. Other Terms & Conditions
a. This promotion is only applicable to the designated event page. Purchases made through other channels will not qualify for the VIP upgrade benefits.
b. Once the VIP upgrade package is purchased, the VIP membership becomes effective immediately and cannot be canceled or refunded.
c. The platform reserves the right to adjust the promotion rules and will announce any changes via the website’s announcement section or user notification center.
d. In the event of force majeure (such as system failures, policy changes, etc.), the platform reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion without assuming any liability for any resulting consequences.
