Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order details.
Orders are processed within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All products are subject to availability.
If an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you immediately and provide alternatives or a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping within Malaysia via GDEX.
Estimated delivery time:
West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
East Malaysia: 5–7 working days
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp message.

6. Returns & Refunds
