  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order details.
  • Orders are processed within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • If an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you immediately and provide alternatives or a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  • We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • E-wallets (e.g. TNG, ShopeePay, GrabPay)
  • Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping within Malaysia via GDEX.
  • Estimated delivery time:
  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5–7 working days
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp message.

6. Returns & Refunds
